We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Best aspects were cleanliness, hotel facilities, and location close to the beach. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic and the pool was always clean. We enjoyed spending time in the open spaces and garden with our dog. Parking was secure and convenient. We highly recommend this hotel for families.

Had a really great time during Christmas at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious and there was an option for everyone. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, could see the ocean and the town. , the location made it easy to explore the surroundings without needing a car.

The staff could be more organized since they didn't seem to be communicating well with each other. It caused confusion and frustration when it came to paying for additional services.

The location was ideal, with an easy walk to great restaurants and the beach. The pool was clean and the grounds were beautiful. The unit was modern and had a spacious balcony with great ocean views. The staff was kind and the breakfast was good. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We chose this hotel for our romantic escape and we were not disappointed. the pool area was the best; we really enjoyed the view and the calm atmosphere. the continental breakfast was delicious and the staff serving it were very friendly. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel was located just a short walk from the beach, and we loved how clean and well-maintained the rooms were.

Although overall we had a great experience, we did encounter a few negative aspects. we felt that the lack of reception area was a bit concerning, as we were not sure who to turn to if we had a problem.

I had a fabulous stay at Hoteles Josefina! The location was perfect, just across from the beach and within easy walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. The pool and grounds were beautiful, and the views from the balcony were stunning. The unit itself was modern and casual, with a spacious and comfortable layout. I loved spending mornings with a cup of coffee and evenings with a drink on the large balcony. The hotel was secure and clean, and the Wi-Fi worked well throughout my stay. The staff responded quickly and were kind, making me feel welcomed and attended to during my time there.

Despite some minor issues with the reservation and communication, the overall experience was great. The breakfast, although initially not included, was included after a phone call to the room porter.
